If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact our Customer Service at contact@goodvirtuesco.com or call +603-7886 5000 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays). Please provide your contact details, invoice number and reason for return.

In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to Customer Service at contact@goodvirtuesco.com or call +603-7886 5000 (Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) and we will reinstate your order.

If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service at contact@goodvirtuesco.com or call +603-7886 5000 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) within 7 days of receiving the products, with supporting evidence (photograph of damaged item) and your invoice number.

Our Customer Service will respond to you within 3 working days of receiving your complaint. You will be informed if you need to return the damaged product physically.

Good Virtues Co reserves the right of final decision to accept or reject if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
